Yes, I know, the title is silly, but the quality of the product we received and the outstanding customer service needs to be highlighted here. My partner and I were in search of a new table cloth after deciding our old one of five years needed to be replaced. Our old table cloth has gone through multiple washes and has held up tremendously well for all of the shows we've put it through - so, going into this new one, we had high expectations and standards. The company we went through previously seemingly went out of business, so we decided to bring the order for our replacement cloth to Rewynd Studio and their printing services. I emailed Rewynd and asked about turnaround times and when I'd need to submit the order to receive it by a specific date before our next show. I was given a date and promptly began work. After finishing the new design, I went to go place the order on the website, but noticed the website was closed down in preparation for their own event coming up. It closed prior to the deadline I was given, so I emailed the company and asked if I could still place my order. They kindly said I could and made accommodations to take my order in despite them being closed. I received my order very quickly, literally weeks before I expected to have it in my hands, and the quality of the item is outstanding. Although we haven't had a chance to debut the new table cloth at an event, we're still very pleased with the results. The colors look vibrant, the material feels durable, and overall we had an incredible experience with this company. We will absolutely be recommending our friends and any other interested parties to Rewynd Studios for their event printing needs!
